Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how Corridor collects and uses information from customers and providers using our platform in Union, NJ.
Information we collect
Customers: name, email, phone, and the details of any service request submitted (category, ZIP code, timing, budget, description, and any photos attached). Providers: name, email, phone, business details, service categories and pricing, service area, and identity/license/insurance documents submitted during onboarding.
How we use it
We use this information to match customer requests with approved local providers, to let customers and providers communicate about a specific job, and to verify provider identity and qualifications before approval. Admins review provider documents to assign trust levels — documents are stored privately and only accessible via short-lived signed links during review.
Providers are independent
Providers on Corridor are independent businesses, not employees of Corridor. They set their own prices, accept or decline jobs at their discretion, and may work outside the platform. Corridor facilitates the introduction and communication between customers and providers but is not a party to the service agreement between them.
Payments
Corridor does not process payments on-platform today. Payment for services is arranged directly between customer and provider. We do not collect or store payment card information.
Sharing
We do not sell customer or provider information. A customer's request details are shared only with providers an admin matches to that request. A provider's business information (name, categories, approximate service area, trust level, reviews) is visible to customers they're matched with.
